So when we look at holistic in terms of energy healing sessions, we are looking at the client as a whole, meaning mind, body and spirit. In a session such as reiki, we help our clients find balance. After most reiki sessions, clients say they feel at peace and energized. That's what reiki, or Universal Lifeforce energy is, energetically peaceful!
In the new modalities I'm learning; Holistic Wellness Coaching and Quantum Energy Healing, I am able to help clients even more to make shifts in their life. At one of my recent women's circles, we talked about intuition and how it is linked to our holistic wellbeing. Listening to your intuition is more than something that woo, scary, creepy, weird, strange or crazy. We all have intuition, our inner voice. We've all experience having a "gut feeling", and or a simple knowing. It doesn't make us crazy. It makes us human, and our intuition is there to keep us alive, and healthy. And it can also be really fun to play and practice using our intuition! There are many different ways we can do this.
In another blog post, we'll dive deeper into intuition and it's magicalness. Yes, I just used the word 'magicalness' 😀
